Working under the direct supervision of a Senior Project Manager, assisting in the management of multiple projects – operational coordination, schedules, tracking the progress of projects and reporting to upper-level management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, etc.);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Autocad;
Industry-specific knowledge;
Proactive and with flexible mindset;
Organized and detail oriented;
Good communication skills;

Major Duties

Project Preparation including analyze plans and specifications to optimize solutions;
Define trades and sequences of intervention;
Define deadlines for supplies and PO’s;
Team Leading, including enroll the needed members to the project and engage members of the team to fulfill project’s needs;
Project Coordination;
Shop drawings and material submittals documentation;
Job follow up and control;

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, etc.);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Autocad;
